From the Pervasive Series which suggest the idea of man-made organisms taking over and spreading into their surroundings. While their bodies are entirely unnatural, their shapes take inspiration from the natural world. In this way these pervasive growths articulate the intention of my work, which is to reveal the innate connection between the natural and the unnatural.
